🎯 Grant Details

Partial Grant Includes:

  • Coaching and on-site staff support

  • Team Texas gear and uniforms for registered sports

  • No lodging or travel costs covered
     

Full Grant Includes:

  • Lodging (one hotel room per family or per two unaccompanied athletes.  No extra days outside of competition and classification needs)

  • Coaching and on-site staff support

  • Team Texas gear and uniforms for registered sports

  • Supervision for youth athletes traveling without family

📝 Apply by June 12, 2025

Spots are limited. Grants will be awarded based on qualifications and application timing. 

Who Can Apply?
 

  • Junior athletes enrolled in Texas schools (or homeschool) for the 2024–2025 academic year. Graduating seniors (Class of 2025) are eligible despite age.

  • Adult athletes who qualify for The Hartford Nationals adult division may apply for the partial grant option.
     

✅  All applicants must:

✅  Additional Criteria for Full Grant:

  • Junior athletes only

  • Must qualify in 2 track or 2 field or 3 swimming events

  • Must have attended 3 qualifying events, including TXP Games and/or Lone Star Invitational 
    (Other qualifying events: Move United Sanctioned Competitions, USATF Meets or School Meets*)
    *School meets only count once

 

ADULTS
Veterans & Military Athletes: You may also be eligible for additional travel and competition support through the Move United Warfighters Program.

The Hartford Nationals: Team Texas Grant Program
July 11–17, 2025 | Grand Rapids, Michigan

​

Texas Parasport is offering 40 full (juniors only) and 10 partial travel grants for qualifying athletes attending The Hartford Nationals. These grants provide essential support for travel, lodging, uniforms, and on-site coaching, creating a strong and unified Team Texas experience.
