US National Championship Grant - Individual Sports
 

Overview:

This grant supports individual athletes of all ages who have qualified for their sport's National Championship—including juniors and adults. Whether it's U.S. Paralympic Nationals, USA Triathlon Nationals, USA Archery, or other Sport Nationals hosted by the NGB (National Governing Body).  Texas Parasport provides funding and team gear to help you proudly represent Texas.
 

Grant Details:

• Grant Value: Up to $500 per athlete

• Also Includes: Texas Parasport apparel and promotional support
   

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be a resident of Texas

• Must have a Paralympic-eligible disability

• Must have achieved national qualifying standards for the event

• Must participate in weekly Texas-based programs

• Must have competed at the Texas Parasport Games (if offered for their sport)

• This grant supports individual sports only

 

Athlete Expectations:

• Wear Texas Parasport gear at the event

• Thank Texas Parasport on social media and tag @TexasParasport

• Make 2-3 social media post during the event and tag @TexasParasport
